Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in‑store beauty consultations and product recommendations to build customer confidence and loyalty.
- Educate clients on product usage, ingredients and routines to empower informed purchasing decisions.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide expert advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain an inviting, well merchandised and hygienic sales floor; manage stock and replenishment.
- Work rostered shifts reliably, including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Entry‑level to early career; experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends with confidence in product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly.
- Collaborative team player who contributes to an inclusive, goal‑oriented store environment.
- Physically able to lift and move merchandise up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs).
- Flexible availability to meet minimum weekly hours and work peak store periods.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level role; prior retail or beauty experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales objectives is an advantage.
