Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor at The Terminal in Pittsburgh to provide personalized consultations, product recommendations, and expert beauty guidance while supporting sales goals, inventory, merchandising, and store standards. The regular permanent role is part-time, with 15–29 hours per week; associates must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client's needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
