Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and trends to empower their purchasing decisions
• Maintain current knowledge of the latest beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant and timely guidance
• Drive sales results by exceeding performance targets and key performance indicators through effective client engagement
• Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment
• Foster an inclusive team culture where diversity is celebrated and all colleagues feel valued and empowered
• Uphold Sephora brand standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients
• Maintain reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
• Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and current beauty trends and innovations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele
• Collaborative team player with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, inclusive environment
• Quick learner capable of rapidly absorbing and articulating product knowledge
• Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

Skills

Experience

Beginner-level retail or hospitality experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role. Previous beauty or cosmetics exposure is advantageous but not essential; candidates should demonstrate genuine passion for beauty and a willingness to develop expertise.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
