Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise through hands-on applications, product demonstrations and ingredient/benefit education.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through active selling, clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the store is clean, organized and visually appealing.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and follow company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable client experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a track record of strong service delivery.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment; ability to translate trends into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Team-oriented mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
- Availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirements (part-time: 15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and meet sales targets is advantageous.
