Sephora — Beauty Advisor (part-time) in Pisa, Italy. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver a distinctive, pampering retail experience that combines active listening with expert product advice.
- Provide personalised beauty consultations and recommend make-up, skincare and fragrance solutions tailored to each client’s profile.
- Support the Store Manager and in-store specialists with daily operations and shop-floor activities.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and other commercial KPIs through proactive selling and client follow-up.
- Manage stockroom organisation, receive and process deliveries and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by recognising individual and collective successes and promoting open, trusting interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales or beauty advisory roles preferred (sales assistant, promoter, beauty consultant).
- Familiarity with basic commerce KPIs and a results-oriented commercial mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, dynamism and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Team-player attitude with ability to collaborate across store functions and adapt to evolving strategic priorities.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion and respect for individual uniqueness.

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for candidates at the beginning of their retail career; previous experience in beauty or customer-facing retail roles is an advantage but not always mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in cosmetics, cosmetology or beauty therapy is a plus.
