Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
- Drive sales and exceed performance indicators.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Experience
Beginner level experience in retail or a client-focused environment.
