Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailor product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty decisions
- Monitor and communicate the latest beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant and current advice
- Support achievement of sales goals and key performance indicators through engaging client interactions
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards; manage inventory responsibilities

Qualifications
