Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on skincare, makeup and fragrance application and benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and upselling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and welcoming.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, informed advice.

Qualifications

Experience
