Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
- Support merchandising, inventory maintenance and ensure the sales floor is organized, clean and inviting.
- Foster an inclusive team environment and uphold Sephora’s standards, policies and customer experience protocols.
- Maintain flexible availability and reliable attendance, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and collaborative.
- Fast learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain retail floor activity.
- Availability to work scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet minimum weekly hours for part-time roles.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior customer-service, retail or hospitality experience is preferred and candidates should demonstrate the ability to cultivate strong client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
