Sephora in Philadelphia seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor at Fashion District to deliver personalized consultations. $19.80–$22.90/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and expert product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools; educate and empower clients on usage and routines.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client acquisition and follow-up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually appealing.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture, adhering to company policies and promoting a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments; prior beauty retail experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds and perform duties on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Quick learner with enthusiasm for beauty trends and a willingness to absorb and share product knowledge.

Experience
