Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of beauty trends, launches, and techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual KPIs and contributing to store targets.
  • Support merchandising, inventory activities, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
  • Foster an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and uphold company standards for safety and customer experience.

Qualifications
