Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Pfäffikon for a temporary 50% position starting 1 December 2026. The role supports customers across beauty departments, delivers short services, maintains product presentation and manages stock.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively support and advise customers across all departments: makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance.
- Share knowledge of products, trends and news from the beauty world.
- Provide short services across all departments.
- Maintain product presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Manage stock and replenish merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or an interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or hospitality.
- Initial experience in retail, customer advice and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and its trends.
- Fluent English or fluency in the local national language.
