Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and applications
- Maintain awareness of current beauty products, industry trends, and seasonal offerings to provide timely and relevant advice
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance to ensure a clean, organized, welcoming environment
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture where all employees and clients feel valued and empowered
