Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspiring and personalized customer service by understanding and addressing individual client needs
- Demonstrate product knowledge across all departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and the loyalty program to drive engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation across all categories
- Multitask efficiently during peak trading periods (Thursday to Sunday) and manage customer flow effectively
- Participate in cross-training initiatives and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills and product expertise
- Support team members through shared beauty knowledge and collaborative service delivery
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
