Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Perth (Karrinyup) — $35.10/hr + super. Deliver personalised beauty consultations across makeup, skincare and wellness.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences through personalised consultations, product demonstrations and tailored recommendations across makeup, skincare, haircare and wellness.
  • Drive sales performance and conversion through effective needs analysis, cross-selling, upselling and loyalty/CRM enrolment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, product presentation and stock replenishment to ensure a compelling retail environment.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage returns in accordance with store policies.
  • Participate in onboarding, continuous training and cross‑training programs (including field trainer sessions and the online learning platform) to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Support store operations including opening/closing duties, inventory counts, and adherence to loss-prevention and compliance procedures.
  • Work rostered shifts to cover peak trading times (including late nights and weekends) and provide a minimum three full trading days availability as required by the store.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing or retail sales experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong retail aptitude are considered.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and peak trading days (Thursday–Sunday), providing at least three full trading days.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for beauty and client service.
  • Capacity to learn and apply product knowledge across multiple categories and to use CRM tools to build client relationships.
  • Right to work in Australia.

Experience
