Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate expertise across the product range and educate clients on beauty techniques and emerging trends
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators established by Sephora
- Maintain store inventory, merchandising displays, and cleanliness standards to create an inviting retail environment
