Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques and skincare benefits
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and industry innovations to provide relevant guidance
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators within designated shift parameters
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards; support inventory management and stock replenishment
