Sephora Beauty Advisor part-time position in Peachtree City, GA. $18–$20.50/hr, flexible scheduling, weekends and holidays required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and offerings
- Maintain inventory, merchandising standards, and ensure a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators while meeting weekly shift requirements
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture and support team members in a goal-oriented environment
- Uphold Sephora policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Provide availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
