Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across skincare, makeup and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
  • Drive sales and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and upselling.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Support a culture of inclusion and teamwork and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar service environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product solutions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirement.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
