Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across skincare, makeup and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
- Drive sales and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and upselling.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Support a culture of inclusion and teamwork and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirement.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
