Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet individual client needs and preferences.
  • Educate and empower clients by sharing product knowledge, application techniques and trend insights to build long‑term trust.
  • Maintain product displays, manage stock and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and visually inviting.
  • Contribute to sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
  • Remain current on brand launches, industry trends and new techniques to ensure relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
  • Be flexible and reliable in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends and holidays during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer‑service aptitude and the ability to build strong client relationships in a retail environment.
  • Passion for beauty products, trends and confidence in product recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a target‑driven, inclusive team environment.
  • Physically able to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg.
  • Availability consistent with part‑time requirements (15–29 hours per week) and flexibility for peak trading periods.

Experience

Entry‑level (Beginner). Prior retail or beauty experience is advantageous but not required; on‑the‑job training and development are provided.
