Sephora in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor to provide personalized consultations and drive sales. $18–$23/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and share product knowledge to educate and clients and build long‑term relationships.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory management and ensure a clean, inviting sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing environment preferred.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to work flexibly including nights, weekends and holidays and reliably meet scheduled shifts.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.

Experience
