Sephora in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor to provide personalized consultations and drive sales. $18–$23/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and share product knowledge to educate and clients and build long‑term relationships.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory management and ensure a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Foster an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing environment preferred.
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Ability to work flexibly including nights, weekends and holidays and reliably meet scheduled shifts.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level role; previous retail, hospitality or other client‑facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty certifications are a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 23 per hour.
