Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new launches and category developments to provide relevant advice.
  • Achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship building.
  • Support merchandising, inventory tasks and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized and visually on-brand.
  • Contribute to an inclusive store culture by collaborating with colleagues and promoting a welcoming client experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, secure and compliant retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships; retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with consultative selling.
  • Reliable availability to work required shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet role minimum weekly hours for part-time scheduling.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties.
  • Team-oriented mindset with punctuality and consistent attendance.

Experience
