Sephora Bronx seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised consultations and drive sales (Bronx, NY).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate and communicate product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and client follow‑up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory operations and ensure an orderly, attractive and hygienic selling environment.
  • Keep abreast of beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, current advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold Sephora’s policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
  • Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctual attendance.
  • Safely handle stock and merchandising tasks, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • Previous client‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar service environment; entry‑level candidates are considered.
  • Clear passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal‑oriented setting.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge.
  • Availability to work a minimum number of weekly shifts consistent with part‑time scheduling (15–29 hrs/week) and during peak retail periods.

Experience
