Sephora in Szczecin seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor to deliver client-focused sales, product advice and in-store merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised product recommendations and colour matching according to each client’s needs.
- Proactively drive sales and contribute to achievement of individual and store sales targets.
- Build and nurture client relationships through service delivered in line with the Sephora Attitude.
- Ensure impeccable product presentation: maintain cleanliness, restock shelves and uphold merchandising standards.
- Deliver makeup application and product demonstrations when required.
- Be available to work assigned shifts including selected Saturdays and designated trading Sundays.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in building rapport with customers.
- Demonstrable interest and knowledge in beauty products and current trends.
- Customer service or retail sales experience; prior makeup application experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective goals.
- Full availability for scheduled part-time shifts, including several Saturdays and some trading Sundays.
