Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients; stay current with product launches, techniques and beauty trends.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through client engagement and follow-up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the selling environment is clean, organised and inviting.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and uphold Sephora’s policies for a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role.
  • Passion for beauty, product trends and empowering client confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
  • Fast learner with the ability to acquire and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability for peak retail hours and consistent punctual attendance.

Experience
