Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, product benefits and trending categories.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and upselling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory control and ensure the selling floor is clean, organised and welcoming.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and brand assortments to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Foster an inclusive team environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience demonstrating excellent service and relationship building.

- Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays and willingness to meet required weekly shift minimums for part-time (15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and merchandising tasks.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is a plus.
