Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and regimen selection.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and inviting.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand training to provide timely, relevant advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Adhere to required scheduling commitments and be available during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated service excellence.

  • Reliable attendance and ability to meet the minimum weekly shift/hours for part-time scheduling.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
