Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrated customer service excellence.
- Passion for beauty and trends with the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail duties for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or hospitality experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
