Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized retail environment.
- Stay current with beauty trends and product launches to provide relevant advice.

Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level. Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required; candidate should demonstrate strong customer service aptitude and an eagerness to learn product knowledge.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty-related certifications are a plus.
