Sephora Riverside, CA is hiring a Part-Time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised consultations and drive sales (Hourly pay $20.85–$25.54).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised in-store beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales and exceed store KPIs through active selling, suggestive selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and service.
  • Uphold company policies and service standards to create a safe and inclusive shopping environment.
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays and meet the required minimum weekly hours for the role.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, consumer trends and product-driven selling.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team and adapt quickly to new product knowledge.
  • Available for flexible scheduling during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and able to meet part-time minimum hours (15–29 hrs/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
