Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations and client education on makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and conversion.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and inviting.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category knowledge to continually elevate the client experience.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold company policies that ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-focused settings.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident through product expertise.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering one-to-one consultations.
- Reliability with availability for nights, weekends and holiday shifts; punctual and able to meet minimum weekly hours for part-time scheduling.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role that welcomes candidates with retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience; demonstrated ability to build rapport and drive sales is preferred.
Education
