Sephora Philadelphia seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations and drive sales at the Chestnut St. store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-store consultations and tailored product recommendations across skincare, makeup, fragrance and haircare.
- Demonstrate product expertise and application techniques to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized selling environment.
- Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and seasonal assortments to provide relevant advice.
- Support a culture of inclusion and teamwork while upholding company policies to create a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience providing excellent client service in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building client relationships.
- Collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset and the ability to learn quickly.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; prior retail or client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty certifications are a plus.
