Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, and fragrance; educate and empower clients to use products confidently.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and conversion-focused service.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and maintain credibility with clients.
  • Support an inclusive, team-oriented environment by collaborating with colleagues and upholding company policies and safety standards.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide excellent client service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.
  • Passion for beauty with demonstrable interest in product ranges, trends and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising a diverse client base.
  • Reliable availability for retail hours (including nights, weekends and holidays) and consistent punctuality/attendance.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine retail tasks.

Experience
