Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one consultations and product recommendations to meet clients’ needs and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and effective client follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory activities to ensure an organized, inviting sales floor.
- Stay current on beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety policies.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required by peak retail operations.
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance; meet the store’s minimum weekly shift/hours requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong consultative selling ability.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
- Availability to work part-time hours (15–29 hrs/week) including nights, weekends and holidays.
