Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to each client, elevating their beauty routine and confidence.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen building.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to maintain relevant, informed advice.
- Drive sales and meet measurable performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Support merchandising, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures to maintain an organized, inviting sales floor.

Qualifications
