Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and teach product application, ingredients and benefits to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, new launches and techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual sales targets.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, assist with inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports team objectives and exemplary client service.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
