Sephora in Millburn, NJ is hiring a part‑time Beauty Advisor — deliver personalized consultations and drive sales ($21.75–$24.88/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored, consultative beauty experiences to clients and recommend products that meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs through client engagement, product recommendations and follow-up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, assist with inventory tasks and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, cosmetics and latest industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet attendance and scheduling requirements (availability for nights, weekends and holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
