Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and category innovations to inform client advice and merchandising.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and conversion.
- Support store merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized retail environment.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
- Maintain flexible availability to cover required shifts, including nights, weekends and peak holiday periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Strong passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a desire to educate and empower clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented setting.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail tasks.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated customer service capability and an eagerness to learn product knowledge are valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
