Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and new product launches to provide current, relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs.
  • Support store merchandising, inventory tasks and visual standards to ensure a welcoming retail environment.
  • Uphold company policies and safety standards to create a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and represent Sephora’s Inclusion & Belonging values.
  • Adhere to scheduling requirements and remain available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, product trends and customer empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality and the ability to meet required weekly hours for the role.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
