Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and visual presentation to maintain an attractive sales floor.
  • Ensure a welcoming, safe and inclusive in-store environment in accordance with company policies.
  • Be available to work retail peak periods, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctual attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Passion for beauty, current trends and product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build client relationships.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform in a fast-paced retail setting.

Experience
