Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and visual presentation to maintain an attractive sales floor.
- Ensure a welcoming, safe and inclusive in-store environment in accordance with company policies.
- Be available to work retail peak periods, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctual attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service.
- Passion for beauty, current trends and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build client relationships.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform in a fast-paced retail setting.

Experience
Entry-level position with previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred but not required; candidates should demonstrate strong customer-service aptitude.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
