Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to each client, driving confidence and loyalty.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application and routines.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a client‑service environment preferred.
