Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, application techniques and education to empower client confidence.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting and merchandised salesfloor; support inventory replenishment and visual presentation standards.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and industry techniques to provide relevant and timely advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and product-driven client education.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
