Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty industry trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies for a safe customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment preferred.
- Genuine passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
