Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and beauty goals.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients, and routines.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs and sales targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and category innovations to provide relevant advice.

Qualifications
