Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance and key retail KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support inventory management, merchandising and floor presentation to maintain an organized, welcoming retail environment.
- Adhere to Sephora operational standards and promote a safe, inclusive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment with demonstrated customer service skills.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven team player.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge for training peers and advising clients.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work retail shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time employment (15–29 hrs/week).

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or client-facing experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and meet sales targets is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
