Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to build client confidence and loyalty.
- Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, sampling and application techniques.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide informed advice and drive repeat visits.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through effective clienteling and upselling.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming selling environment.
- Foster an inclusive team culture and provide exceptional client service consistent with Sephora standards.
- Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
- Maintain required schedule reliability and availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; ability to develop strong client relationships.

- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
