Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Recommend and demonstrate makeup, skincare and fragrance products with expert product knowledge.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, product launches, and application techniques to inform client recommendations.
  • Drive sales and achieve store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Support merchandising, inventory replenishment and overall visual presentation to maintain an inviting retail environment.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately and professionally.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold Sephora’s customer service standards and policies.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated customer service ability.
