Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches, ingredients and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where all team members and clients feel respected and welcomed.
- Comply with company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet the required minimum weekly shifts/hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-focused settings.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in a goal-driven environment.
- Fast learner who can absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment is preferred but not strictly required. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
