Sephora in Dallas (West Village) seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor — hourly $19.80–$22.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to each client to drive confidence and repeat business.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application, benefits and routines.
- Deliver exceptional service while meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand trainings; share knowledge with peers and clients.
- Champion an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and adhere to Sephora policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product learning; quick to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment and can work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level. Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
